Aventra Family Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and family accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an Aventra Family account. Accounts and device profiles used by children must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian responsible for the child’s use and any consent required by applicable law.

2. Consent to location sharing

You may add, invite, or locate adults only with their knowledge and consent, or your own minor children when you are their parent or legal guardian. Using Aventra Family to monitor an adult without consent is prohibited and may be illegal. Adult members control their own sharing and may change permissions, leave the family, or delete their account.

3. Safety features are not emergency services

Location, arrivals and departures, trips, driving information, check-ins, crash detection, and SOS alerts are estimates produced from device sensors, networks, and operating-system schedules. They can be delayed, missing, or wrong. Aventra Family does not contact emergency services on your behalf and must not be your only way of confirming someone is safe. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Family Plus subscription

Family Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the family owner’s Apple ID. One subscription covers that owner’s current Aventra family. The price, renewal period, and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store before purchase. Eligibility for an offer can vary.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings before renewal. You can restore an eligible purchase from the Family Plus screen. Apple processes billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its policies. If Family Plus ends, the family returns to the Free limits and content beyond those limits can become unavailable or be removed under the retention policy.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not misuse the service; harass, stalk, or harm anyone; circumvent permissions, security, subscription entitlements, or limits; disrupt the service; extract source code except where applicable law permits; or use Aventra Family for an unlawful purpose.

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS application in addition to these service terms where applicable.

6. Your content and third-party services

You retain ownership of names, photos, saved places, and other information you add and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Apple platform services, Firebase, maps, OpenStreetMap data, and other providers have their own terms. OpenStreetMap map and road data is credited to © OpenStreetMap contributors.

7. Termination

You may stop using Aventra Family and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, including violation of the consent rules, or when reasonably needed to protect users, security, or legal compliance.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Aventra Family is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that the service will always be available, timely, accurate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenersoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses resulting from reliance on location, driving, safety, or check-in information, delayed alerts, service unavailability, or unauthorized access. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms as Aventra Family changes and will post the revised effective date here. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to contact@kenersoft.com.
