See the camera and registered metric mesh together while color cues show areas that need another angle.
Replica3D guides you around a real object, builds a live digital twin at real-world scale, combines the strongest parts of repeated scans, and prepares a metric model for your slicer—fully on your iPhone.
In development for supported LiDAR-equipped iPhones.

Take overlapping passes. Replica3D favors stable, repeated, confident surfaces and rejects weaker observations.
Use Auto or open Fine Controls to close bounded holes, flatten the base, tune detail, and optionally create a validated shell.
Create a unit-aware 3MF or millimeter-scaled STL for Bambu Studio or another compatible slicer.
Orbit the object as it forms. Coverage, distance, motion, lighting, and tracking guidance help you decide where to scan next.
Every crop and repair stays non-destructive. Reopen the project, change a plane cut or hole limit, compare before and after, and regenerate without rescanning.
Review dimensions, watertightness, manifold problems, thin walls, base area, and the measured effect of repairs before export.
Replica3D prepares geometry, not printer G-code. Your slicer remains responsible for orientation, supports, wall count, infill, material, and printer settings.
Camera images, LiDAR depth, scan passes, fusion, repairs, saved projects, previews, dimensions, and 3MF/STL creation stay on your iPhone. A model leaves only when you choose an iOS share or export destination.
Optional crash and coarse performance diagnostics can be enabled separately. They never include scan or model content. Turning them off does not remove any scanning or export feature.
Scanning, fusion, repair, and local preview are available at no charge. A monthly or annual auto-renewing App Store subscription unlocks metric 3MF/STL model export. Apple’s purchase sheet shows the localized price and terms before you confirm; payment, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are handled by Apple, and you can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. See the Terms of Use for the full subscription contract and Support for Restore Purchases help.
Replica3D requires runtime support for ARKit scene reconstruction. Transparent, reflective, very dark, moving, thin, soft, or featureless objects can scan poorly. Accuracy varies with object size, distance, lighting, material, device, capture quality, and repair choices. Always inspect measurements and the sliced preview before printing, and never rely on a phone scan for a safety-critical or regulated part.
